cPanel account user can't write

    Hello, Do you know which PHP handler (e.g. suPHP) you were using before, and if it has changed? Are you using EasyApache 3, or EasyApache 4? Thank you.

    If I try to do something that would write to the site directory (create cache files, upload a file, etc.) from within the site (running WordPress), I get Permission denied messages in the error log. Basically the web user (account user name) can't write to the site folder. the web user is now "nobody"

    Hello, To update, it looks like suPHP was disabled. Switching back to suPHP corrected the issue. Thank you.
