    Thank you for responding. Without having to redact all the confidental details, I quote below the salient part of the bounceback message: "SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 550-DKIM: encountered the following problem validating sendersdomain.com 550 pubkey_unavailable"

    I would try adding the domain to: Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager Only-verify-recipient

    Hello, There are no features to whitelist specific email accounts from the DKIM verification test on incoming emails. You'd need to disable the feature completely.
