/usr/local/cpanel is way too big

hi, i'm very frustrated trying to free up some space in my VPS disk. it is rather small, 10 Gb out of those 10 Gb, the cPanel is using: 4.5G /usr/local/cpanel so, almost half... meaning I have not much space for user accounts, etc. I have removed and deleted everything possible in this server (accounts, backups, logs, email queues, mysql stats, web stats, temp files, etc., etc.) but my biggest problem still is the own cPanel folder. is there something I can remove inside this monster? old update backups? strange temp files? anything??? I'm a desperate soul... this is current stats within /usr/local/cpanel, for stuff above 100 mb: 1.8G /usr/local/cpanel/bin 557M /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty 167M /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys 969M /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr 100M /usr/local/cpanel/locale 499M /usr/local/cpanel/base really? 2 GB of binaries?? cheers,

  Hello @luiggig, Unfortunately, the files in those directories are required for cPanel/WHM to operate normally. We recommend a minimum hard drive capacity of 20G on our installation documentation located at: Installation Guide - System Requirements - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

  Hi, CPanel has already quoted their list of requirements, which has to be referred before installing it. Minimun of 20GB is what being quotes and is likely so for functioning along with the system binaries to function optimally. What is your VPS disk size that has lead you to bother the 4GB of space the binary is taking.
