    Yep, same problem here.... Unactivated License File To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active.

    Hello, We do have an open support ticket open from another customer experiencing this issue. I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this issue as it becomes available. If you can reproduce this issue, and would be willing to let us reboot your system for testing, please open a support ticket using the link in my signature and post the ticket number here. As mentioned, the current workaround is to update the license file via the following command:
    /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

    Hello every time I reboot our server, I.E. upgrade kernel, then try to log into the WHM I have to run the script: /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt otherwise I keep the message about our server's cpanel license not valid or expired or something to that affect. After I run the script to correct the license everything is fine till the next time I reboot then I have to run the script again. Why does this only happen after rebooting server ??

    Hi, Until a proper solution is applied to it, I think one temporary solution could be that you can add the license update command in the rc.local file in the location /etc or create a script that will activate the license and put it in the init scripts section, so it triggers with the reboot.

    Hello, To update, the issue was reproduced and thus no further support requests are required at this time. Internal case CPANEL-11442 will fix an issue where kernel upgrades and downgrades can break the cPanel license on systems running cPanel 62 and cPanel 64. I'll update this thread once the resolution is published. In the meantime, the current workaround is to manually update the license file via the following command:
    /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

    Hello @mickalo, A fix for internal case CPANEL-11442 is not yet released, however this only happens when upgrading or downgrading the kernel, so you are unlikely to encounter this issue on the update to cPanel version 62 unless you reboot the system into a new kernel at the same time.     Hello, No, it's not yet published. I'll update this thread when that happens, and in the meantime you can manually correct the issue with the following command:
    /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
