Opening hyperlinks

Hi guys, when i try opening a link in a email it gives me this error and i haven't set up any email filtering what so ever the error message is Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you for more info, please contact your help desk i have access to my cPanel console and i cant find anything with regards to this issue so that i can open these links please help me, it will be greatly appreciated

  Hello, Could you provide more information about the issue you are facing? Are you able to reproduce the issue when accessing the email via a Webmail application (e.g. Horde, Roundcube)? It seems like more of an issue with your email client, or with the computer you are using to open the link. Thank you.
