Page loads via domain, but not IP

Hi, I have a website:- Removed - . While I go through domain is the page normally loads. But when I walk through the IP address (94.23.xx.x) that appears: The server redirects me to the sub: /94.23.xx.x/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi In the logs error apache display:
[cgi:error] [pid 13462] [client {IP klienta}] AH02812: attempt to invoke directory as script: /home/{domena}/public_html/cgi-bin/

  Hello, It's by design that websites don't load directly over shared IP addresses. Can you confirm if multiple accounts are assigned this IP address? Thank you.

  Hello, IP address 94.23.xx.x hooked are: - One domain - Cpanel and WHM

  Hello, Is the IP address configured for the "The IPv4 address (only one address) to use to set up shared IPv4 virtual hosts." option in "WHM >> Basic WebHost Manager" Setup"? If so, you'd need to follow the workaround instructions outlined on the following thread: Is it possible to Open Website with VPS main IP (http://XX.XX.XX.XX) Note that in EasyApache 4, the updated path is:
  /var/www/html/index.html
