SMTP Error From Remote mail
Hello!
For some days I can not send certain emails because it returns me a message like this:
Host mx01.gmx.net [212.227.17.4]
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
554-gmx.net (mxgmx113) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available
554-No SMTP service
554-IP address is black listed.
A few weeks ago everything was correct and check if the IP Blocked by Spam, but this is not the case.
I have a WHM on Centos
Thank you

The IP address of the server is blocked, you will have to get it whitelisted and make sure you have configured Reverse DNS entry for the IP . In order to create the entry contact your server provider and they will help you with it. Further more, make sure there is no spamming activities on the server, you will need to tweak the exim settings as well as need to scan the server to make sure there is no malicious scripts on the server which is initiating the spamming . 0 -
