Linking to Uploaded File Question

I have the new Cpanel and after I upload a .pdf I can't find the link to post it to my website. On the older version of Cpanel I clicked on the .pdf that I uploaded and it would give me the link on the left side of the screen. The new version does not do this.

  You can link to the file easy enough, if you uploaded the file to this directory: public_html/pdf/yourfilehere.pdf You can link to it this way: yourdomain.com/pdf/yourfilehere.pdf

  Thank you very much! I was not putting the folder location in front of the name of the file.
