Why doesn't cPanel have enough update servers

    When a new version (e.g. 62) is first introduced to the RELEASE and STABLE tiers we stagger the updates over several days. The staggering allows technical support teams at hosting providers around the world the opportunity to absorb surges in support requests which sometimes accompanies new software versions (even if there are no significant bugs we have observed that new versions cause people to open support requests). The mirroring system can handle the updates just fine.

    We are on the STABLE tier: Current Tier: stable So, you just don't have enough staff for the amount of licenses you have active and that are paid for. What other company does this? I guess you are more concerned with maximizing profit than providing a fair grade of service.

    That's incorrect. Please re-read the comment above. You can select the force option to update your server at anytime.
