Where is Contact Infomation option?

I seek link as posted inside documentation. Need help how to find it as Home does not include Contact Information - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Home >> Preferences Is there any other link to do this?

  Top right corner of cPanel, under your username. ;)

  I see. This can be managed by accounts not reseller account or even admin.

  I'm sorry, I don't understand your comment. As Reseller I am able to login to another account and access the Contact Information area.

  Yes, it is defined by specific account not by WHM administration like root.
