Hello, Do you notice any error messages for the affected domain names in the most recent log file under the "Logs" tab in "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL"? Thank you. 0 -
I selected latest "All users" kind of AutoSSL log to be shown and it does not show any error or warning for the www.mydomainhere.com I went to "Manage SSL Hosts" page and deleted SSL for that cpanel account. Then in "Manage AutoSSL" / Manage Users i clicked to check my cpanel and then checked log and it shows: The system will attempt to renew SSL certificates for the following websites: mydomainhere.com (mydomainhere.com www.mydomainhere.com mail.mydomainhere.com) SUCCESS The system has installed a new certificate onto "mycpanelhere""s website "mydomainhere.com".
But the www.mydomainhere.com shows same error as mentioned in the first post. Non www. is ok.0 -
Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look at the affected domain name. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you. 0 -
Thank You. I can not update my first post, so i am bumping this topic. This is the issue of the Cloudflare probably. It seems that the only solution is to remove all these failing sites from cloudflare and add them again. Then checking "Crypto" section in Cloudflare to play with SSL (full SSL probably). 0 -
