Importing Large Database Error

When I will import the database in "Restore a MySQL database backup" ,it causes this error after the upload The file is 1.1gb /i.imgur.com/DS7qU8V.png

  That file is a bit too large to upload via cPanel I would think. You should upload the file via SFTP to your account and ask your Hosting Provider to restore it for you via command line.
