Security Policy requires exec termination

Internal Server Error 500 Security Policy requires exec termination. cpsrvd/11.62.0.15 Server a xx trying to disable SF2 as did not update when I got a new phone, so I googled and saw to do this but now its broken my ability to login to cpanel and whm.. mv -v /var/cpanel/authn/twofactor_auth/tfa_userdata.json{,.bak}; echo "{}" >> /var/cpanel/authn/twofactor_auth/tfa_userdata.json any ideas how to fix?

  Hello, I have the same problem with one of our cPanel servers. How can I resolve the issue without disabling the FTA Policy.
