Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File

I am restoring a site from a back up, the back up file is a .tar.gz file and is around 130mb. I am following the steps in this thread: Restore a Full Backup cpmove File - Documentation - cPanel Documentation I have the .tar.gz file saved locally. I have selected restore backup from a file, and selected the file on my desktop. I have now pressed "restore", and the website has started loading with the blue thing spinning around in the tab (technical term). Is this the correct? Is it uploading the .tar.gz file? There is no indication to what it's doing. Thank you

  Sorry, by "website has started loading", I mean the WHM tab where I pressed restore.

  The answer is yes, you just have to wait and it'll go to the next screen eventually.
