Moving Server - Flagged Email No Longer Flagged

I have just successfully moved a website from one Cpanel host to another Cpanel host. The problem is, after moving email buy copying the /mail/ and /etc/ folders, everything is there, but emails that were previously flagged as important, or color coded, are now not flagged or color coded. Where is the information that tells applications such as web mail, that an email is flagged? How do I move that info from one server to another?
