Second user with transfer tool permissions

Hi guys, Our support team can do many functions via WHMCS using the WHMCS connect tool. However they cannot transfer sites from one server to another using transfer tool as it requires "root" access to move reseller account for example. How do you guys manage this. Is there a way to setup a second account that has access for this purpose?

  Hello, You'd have to setup a reseller account and grant it all privileges (root access) to allow another user the ability to use the Transfer Tool feature. I encourage you to open a feature request if you'd like to see an option for non-root users to use the Transfer Tool: Submit A Feature Request Thank you.
