NS records not responding
Hi,
recently i landed up in a massive issue.
I restarted one of my cpanel server and since the NS records have stopped responding.
Prior to restart everything was perfect.
Can u suggest any thing.

hi, no firewall rule or any thing is blocking as i have disbled csf the only firewall i was using. i am using Into DNS and all publicly available dns propogation checkers. 0 -
Hello, Are the IP addresses associated with your name servers added to the cPanel server? You can check with a command such as "ifconfig". If not, does restarting the ipaliases service address the issue? Thank you. 0 -
yes they are added and showing via "ifconfig" this. 0 -

Yes we solved the issue. /var/named/ dbs were got currupted we repaired them and restarted and it started working. Thanks. 0 -
