    Hello, Could you verify what steps you are taking to confirm the name servers are failing to respond? Do you have any firewall rules blocking traffic over port 53? Thank you.

    hi, no firewall rule or any thing is blocking as i have disbled csf the only firewall i was using. i am using Into DNS and all publicly available dns propogation checkers.

    Hello, Are the IP addresses associated with your name servers added to the cPanel server? You can check with a command such as "ifconfig". If not, does restarting the ipaliases service address the issue? Thank you.

    yes they are added and showing via "ifconfig" this.

    Yes we solved the issue. /var/named/ dbs were got currupted we repaired them and restarted and it started working. Thanks.
