cookie ip validation: disabled

I've disabled cookie ip validation so as to get cPanel and CloudFlare playing nice together. As cPanel has switched to token validation, am I correct that in doing so, server security hasn't been compromised?

  Hello, It is recommended to disable Cookie IP Validation, however you should consider enabling options such as Referrer safety check per the following document: Recommended Security Settings Checklist - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
