Hello, Could you let us know the most recent message for the affected domain name in the latest log file under the "Logs" tab in "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL"? Thank you.

In "Manage AutoSSL" -> "Pending queue", I'm seeing:
    mail.example.is example.is example Mar 7, 2017 12:42:01 AM 128640525 Pending www.example.is example.is example Mar 7, 2017 12:42:01 AM 128640525 Pending example.is example.is example Mar 7, 2017 12:42:01 AM 128640525 Pending
That's 6 days ago. The site still has a self-signed cert. It's one of many domains with SSL on this server which are in pending state for several days. Other domains on the sever were issued fine. In the log, I just see:
12:20:32 AM Checking websites for "example" " 12:20:32 AM The website "example.is", owned by "example", has a faulty SSL certificate (OPENSSL_VERIFY:0:18:DEPTH_ZERO_SELF_SIGNED_CERT). AutoSSL will attempt to replace this certificate. 12:20:32 AM The system will attempt to renew SSL certificates for the following websites: 12:20:32 AM example.is (example.is www.example.is mail.example.is) 12:20:32 AM The system has completed the AutoSSL check for "example".
No errors, no warnings. How to debug this and get the certificte issued for the "stuck" domains?

Hello, To update, it looks like one of the domain names did not resolve to an IP address on the cPanel server. The other two domains should receive their certificates during the next domain validation attempt. Thank you.

It turns out we couldn't access one of Comod's IP. I whitelisted all 4 IPs (from here cPanel & WHM"s AutoSSL/SSL ordering process ) in CSF, but they also had to be whitelisted in Bitninja.
