    Hi, Make sure there is no issue with MX record. You have to check DNS setting at intodns.com

    Hello, You can review /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if the cPanel server is receiving the message. EX:
    exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Also, does this domain name use a remote server for email purposes? Thank you.
