any error message or bounce back you received after sending the mail to the email address in the issue. also check the error logs at /var/log/exim_mainlog, both the things will give you idea of whats happening.

Hello, You may also want to utilize a website such as "mxtoolbox.com" to verify your domain name's MX records resolve to the correct server. Thank you.

Hello, You can utilize the "Track Delivery" feature in cPanel to search for one of the messages: Track Delivery - Documentation - cPanel Documentation I also advise contacting your web hosting provider to report the issue so they can take a closer look at your domain name and the server. Thank you.

Is this the full error message you are able to see? Is there any additional information in the logs?

You may need to consider switching hosting providers if your current provider is not responsive to support requests. Thank you.
