Hiding or changing nameservers and URL to my own?
hello, recently i bought a shared reseller hosting package.
i made a test and created a fake customer to check how would it go.
But then i noticed some flaws.
the file manager redirects this "customer" to the file manager of the site where
i bought reseller.
The domain isn't working, it gives some DNS errors.
nameservers are also from the hosting that i bought reseller from.
Is there a way to fix all of this? i'm kinda new into this webhosting business yet.
sorry for my english, i hope you can help me. thank you.

You will have to contact to the support team of the reseller account provider with this issues and they will be able to help you accordingly. check if you are able to ping the name servers to see if they are active and working. 0 -

i've register and changed nameservers to my own website. also i had the option to put up to 4 nameservers, and i putted 2. not sure what is the difference about that. but DNS settings are still with my reseller settings.0 -

Could you elaborate on this statement or post a screenshot that helps to explain what's happening? The domain isn't working, it gives some DNS errors.

You'll need to ensure the domain name uses name servers with IP addresses associated with this cPanel server. The following document is a good place to start: How to Set Up Nameservers in a cPanel Environment - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.0
