550-Verification failed - allowing bogus sender domains
I've got an internal server that needs to send a notification to an external email address. So the sending email address is root@internal.local for example. internal.local of course does not exist publicly. I prefer not spoof a different return address. I have a third party spam filter service that all the incoming email goes through. I whitelisted this address so it goes through.
I am wondering if you can force the domain verification off?
When I think about it, seems it's probably better not to do so and just change the from address on the notification to a legit domain but I'm still curious.

Hello, I recommend using an alternate notification method if the domain name does not actually exist. You can change the communication type to something such as PushBullet via "WHM >> Contact Manager": Contact Manager - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you. 0
