Over quota

Hi, We have weird thing today. Below error keep coming and user cannot send email via webmail (roundcube, horde, squiremail).

We not sure what wrong. Advice needed. Thanks/.

  This error make auto send repeated.

  Hello, Please let me know that the problem is facing only one user or all users ? If the issue is one user then please make sure that the mail account quota and user disk quota limit is not exceed.

  Facing to all user. Currently we disable over quota for temporary.

  Hello, Have you made any recent changes to the permissions or ownership values for files on the system? Or, have you recently migrated over files from another server? Try running the following command to see if the issue continues:
  /scripts/mailperm

  We do not do any permission change. Although the host restart by itself. We have other server that have uptime 71 days with no change, same error come out.

  Hi, Please try to run command /scripts/mailperm which is provided by cPanelMichael and see if the issue continues. If still facing issue then provide me the output for the following commands.

  After run script last tuesday, the error come back and it will make duplicate email every user that receive email.

  We still investigate this issue. Any solution for this issue? Our client keep asking and we do not know what to explain.

  Hello, To update, it looks like this is no longer happening after generating a missing /home/user/etc/domain.tld/quota file and executing the "/scripts/mailperm" command again. Feel free to reply to the ticket if the issue occurs again. Thank you.
