    In order to deactivate the email accounts, just login to the cpanel of the domain the email address are associated with. Click on Email Accounts >> at the most right hand side of the email ID that you want to deactivate click on More button which is a drop down menu >> click on suspend and you are done.

    Thanks for the reply. Sadly, I only have the below three (3) options in my 'MORE" drop down menu: Access Webmail Configure Email Client Configure Calendar and Contacts Client My cPanel version is: 58.0 (build 31)

    suspend email is not an option in 58.0 (build 31) since you are listed as web site owner you will have to have your host upgrade cpanel
