Deactivate Email

Hello! How can I deactivate some of the email addresses that in my cPanel but keeping all the emails in the past? I do not want to delete the email address, just deactivate it. Thank you.

  In order to deactivate the email accounts, just login to the cpanel of the domain the email address are associated with. Click on Email Accounts >> at the most right hand side of the email ID that you want to deactivate click on More button which is a drop down menu >> click on suspend and you are done.

  Thanks for the reply. Sadly, I only have the below three (3) options in my 'MORE" drop down menu: Access Webmail Configure Email Client Configure Calendar and Contacts Client My cPanel version is: 58.0 (build 31)

  suspend email is not an option in 58.0 (build 31) since you are listed as web site owner you will have to have your host upgrade cpanel
