DNS zone editor isn't saving changes

hello, i am trying to save my nameservers on DNS zone editor on WHM, but it's not saving my settings it just says "Modifying Zone ..." and when i go back to settings nothing changed. is there a way to fix this? please can someone help me?

  Your forum profile lists you as Reseller owner. Assuming you don't have full root access you might want to contact your Hosting Provider about this.
