Cron job not working for 1 user

Hello, I have a cPanel user/account whose cron job is not working as expected. I tried the script and set up a cron job on another user/account and it worked fine with output sent to email. Please advise how to troubleshoot this. Thank you!

  You might double check it for a typo or some sort. What is the command you're using?

  I am certain that no typos exist since it was able to execute under another user account on the same server. Is there a function to somehow refresh a user account so that cron job will work?

  There isn't. Have you read thru related threads to yours? You can find 5 Similar Threads from the last year at the bottom of this thread worth a look.

  Yes i have read quite a lot but none seems to have a similar problem with mine which I really find very odd - cron works on all user accounts except for 1 :(
