Website not resolving properlly

Hello, I recently moved to new VPS server, since then some websites suddenly broke, unreachable from different ISP and devices. after 6 to 24 hours, the website come online again. How can I know whats happening ? All server services are up, server is not overloaded at all, cpanel log (errors) show nothing. Urgent help is appreciated !!!

  Sounds like the domain needed to fully propagate. Has it gone down again, since?

  I think i found the problem, need to adjust some user's custom DNS after server transfer. Probably now all is fine. thank you for your assistance.
