DNS Only disk usage warning

I am using WHM DNS Only and getting disk usage warnings. Since the DNS Only version of WHM does not include tweak settings what file do I need to edit so I can change the threshold that triggers the warning?

  Hello, You can configure "Tweak Settings" values via the command line using the following WHM API 1 function: WHM API 1 Functions - set_tweaksetting - Software Development Kit - cPanel Documentation EX:
  whmapi1 set_tweaksetting key=system_diskusage_warn_percent value=90
