Hello, Could you post the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for one of the affected messages? EX:
    exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
Replace "MSGID" with the message ID of an affected message (found in the message header). Thank you.

Hello, Can you confirm that required_score is commented in local.cf and force global is off in localopts? You can see the values by issuing the following commands, grep score /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf grep global /etc/exim.conf.localopts

Hey, No, that's good. Can you show us the required_score value of the cPanel username you are having issues with? grep required_score /home/username/.spamassassin/user_prefs

Hello, Where did you set the 8.0 exactly? I believe the "required_score 3" is triggering SA to detect the message as SPAM, login to your cPanel account and modify the score inside Apache SpamAssassin.

Ok so now... on the main screen of SA in the drop down menu its set to "8" under Filters... When I click Configure Apache SA in the SA main section it somehow was set to 3 in required score for requiored hits before a mail is considered spam..... Not to sound ignorant but what the main difference between the filter score on front page (SA) and the required score in the configure submenu of Apache SA?
