Hello, Internal case CPANEL-11563 is open to address an issue where cPanel MultiPHP INI Editor changes do not reflect within PHP-FPM. I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this case as it becomes available. Additionally, there's another thread you may find helpful at: Enabling PHP-FPM in MultiPHP Manager Thank you.

Thank you for the response! Prior to posting we did a bit of research on our issue and saw that particular bug (CPANEL-11563) mentioned on other threads as well. This is why we tested for our issue on accounts that had PHP-FPM disabled. At least in our instance, this issue happens on both FPM and non-FPM accounts (which is why I included the full data set in my original post). Its very strange, and we welcome any ideas!

Hello, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

Happy to! I am currently out of the office at a conference - but upon my return later this week I will submit a ticket to take a look at this issue in further detail.
