Unable to validate setting for max_defer_fail_percentage: 0. On creating accounts and packages. Ive never run into this error in 10 years of using cpanel. Cloudlinux 7, cPanel 62 build 16 ERROR IS ATTACHED. Thank you for any help.

  Hello, Internal case CPANEL-9989 is open to address an issue where creating an account fails if max_defer_fail_percentage is set to 0 (the minimum value is 1, but the UI improperly allows the use of "0"). I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this case as it becomes available. In the meantime, when creating the account, click on "Select Options Manually", and use a valid value for the
