    The account has transferred, did you leave the restore process continue to completion?

    some files transfered but some files not transfered and databases not transfered, it mean full account not tranfered

    it's permissions is 0777

    Hello, You can check the permissions and ownership values on the public_ftp directory on the account on that server with a command such as:
    stat /home/$username/public_ftp
    The directory should be owned by the account username, and utilize 0750 permissions, assuming the account isn't suspended. Thank you.
