Time between autoresponder messages

I notice that CPanel added an option to allow a window of time between autoresponders messages are sent, however it is set by default to 0. So I was thinking in a way to change it massively to 1 hour or change the default value.

  Hello, You could develop a custom bash script that updates the interval value in each JSON file associated with the existing autoresponders. The JSON files are stored in the following location for each account:
  /home/$username/.autorespond/test1@test-domain.tld.json
