Can't View All Databases

Hi, We complaint from our client. From their cpanel, they can see only 1 database under domain example.com. But when we check using root access on cpanel and thru phpmyadmin in whm, we can see 2 database under domain example.com. How to fix this issue? Cannot create database with same name as it's already exist. Please advice. Thanks./

  Hello, There are a few possible reasons this might happen. You might try the following command to resetup the database mapping:
  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap

  Hello, Could you verify which version of cPanel is installed on the system, which theme is assigned to the account, and let us know of any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when noticing the issue? Thank you.
