403 Forbidden Error On All Websites

Hello support, I urgently need to have this fixed as quickly as possible. Just a couple of hours ago I noticed that my WordPress site no longer opens, it keeps showing 403 forbidden error access denied on this server. The root site is denied access so is my wp admin. I thought it was just this one site. I checked my other sites. The same 403 error problem across all my websites including my sub-domains too. None of them is opening. What is wrong and how can I fix this as quickly as possible? Thanks.

  You should contact your Hosting provider for fastest resolution to this issue. It sounds to me like they've made some sort of change to your account or the server.
