Domains not listing in Multi PHP manager

php manager is saying no account listed while there are 40 50 domains on the server this is on latest easyapache 4 server

  Hello, Do you notice any error output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? What version of cPanel is installed on this system? Thank you.

  yes latest version of cPanel is installed on the server and there are no errors logged in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when we visit the Multi PHP manager page in cPanel
