Thousands of Incoming emails frozen
Hi,
I have a dedicated server: WHM CENTOS 6.8 x86_64 standard " host WHM 62.0 (build 16)
The problem is that I have more than 5,000 emails frozen in my Queue. Lot are incoming emails to domain hosted in my server. When I enter to WHM>PLUGGINS>ConfigServer Mail Queues and I try to run the que they don"t run. I have to check the "FORCE RUN" checkbox and then they are sent.
Why is this happending? How can I fix it? (So the incoming emails to my clients are sent and I dont have to "unfroze" them manually?
One think I have discovered is that lot of incoming frozen emails are "SPAM Emails". Can spam emails be the cause of the frozen queue?

Hello, Could you let us know the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for some of the affected messages? EX: exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
You can find the message ID of an affected message from the message header. Thank you.0 -
