    hi thank you. but before we opening a ticket can you give me some steps to do before ? we dont want to give root access to the server and this is what you request when opening a ticket- can you please give me more leads ?

    Well thanks. after some checking i discovered VMTOOLS trying to install itself got stuck and apparently it was what swapping. i could see this via vmtools log and when trying to edit Cpanel machine via vcenter it told me i cant make any changes as a vmtools is in a middle of installing.
