cPanel Swap issue

Hi Everyone, i have CentOS release 6.8 with Cpanel Version 11.58.0.12 Recently we expiriance an issue where swap is overloading . two days ago i restarted services Apache&Mysql and i saw swap is not going down so we had to use swapoff -a. now it is back again to the same situation! here is some more info : [~]# free -h total used free shared buffers cached Mem: 7.7G 7.0G 730M 2.1G 219M 4.4G -/+ buffers/cache: 2.4G 5.3G Swap: 3.9G 2.3G 1.5G [~]# swapon --summary Filename Type Size Used Priority /dev/dm-1 partition 4063228 2460648 -1 this is what using the swap now : php 4396 kB php 4396 kB php 4364 kB php 4360 kB php 4096 kB php 3936 kB php 3932 kB php 3780 kB php 3764 kB php 3756 kB php 3644 kB php 3640 kB php 3580 kB php 3504 kB php 3504 kB php 3292 kB php 3284 kB php 3208 kB php 3088 kB tailwatchd 3044 kB

hi thank you. but before we opening a ticket can you give me some steps to do before ? we dont want to give root access to the server and this is what you request when opening a ticket- can you please give me more leads ?

Well thanks. after some checking i discovered VMTOOLS trying to install itself got stuck and apparently it was what swapping. i could see this via vmtools log and when trying to edit Cpanel machine via vcenter it told me i cant make any changes as a vmtools is in a middle of installing.
