    Also: where do I change the "load limit" that the EXIM SERVER needs to send emails?

    Is there any way to change the retry rules only for INCOMING emails? Or that configuration (WHM>Service Configuration>Exim>Advanced Editor>RetryBlock) if for both, incoming and outcoming emails?

    Exim can queue both types of emails. This is answered on the same thread, at the following post: no immediate delivery: load average xx Thank you.
