Hello @Wesley Saade, Thanks for pointing that out. I've edited that command to reflect the correct value:
    /scripts/modify_packages --theme=paper_lantern --all-packages
Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi all I have cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 36) In Home "Account Information "List Accounts all users have paper_lantern set. had a big surpise today with a user is still stuck in X3 with no option to change. I have also run the following with no success: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/modify_accounts --theme=paper_lantern --all-users /scripts/modify_packages --theme=paper_lantern --all-packages any idea why ?

user is still stuck in X3

That's the retro style for Paper Lantern. If the opton is enabled, you can change that from the menu, top right corner. 48271

I know but in this case I don't have the option... 48275 This account was migrated from another older server 2 year ago. Maibe is stuck with some old files...

You do have the option, it's apparently disabled in the Features list for the Package this account is using.

This account is using the same package like 90% other accounts on the server. And yes already tried to change the package to another and back. We use CPanel for our internal clients and referrals and we do not have to many custom settings. Usually all accounts have like the same features and we keep all as default from CPanel is possible.

If you enable the Change Style option in that Package this account is using, for a moment, and then visit that cPanel account and set the style to back to the default, Paper Lantern, does it stay on Paper Lantern afterward? I can't explain why this one account is using Retro and the other accounts are not, but you should be able to correct it, assuming you don't want it to be used, by doing the above.

Not there, in the Default Features list. Enable the Change Style option and save. Then go to that account and find the option as shown in my image, above. Once you've set it to Paper Lantern from that users cPanel account, go back to the Default Features list in WebHost Manager and disable the Change Style option again.
