Internal Server Error 500

i have issue with my whm i can not even login to my account i also i dont know to get access in folders please help me to fix the issue thank you Internal Server Error 500 The system failed to open the session file "/var/cpanel/sessions/raw/:496C9tozdTRLMVAL" because of an error: No space left on device at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Session.pm line 268.

  df -h df -i
