    Hello, What is permission of file ? you can check using command ls -l /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt It shall be 700 ls -l /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt -rwx------ 1 root root /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt* You can change it to 700 using command chmod 700 /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

    It's 644 permission CHMOD, I changed to 700 permission CHMOD, I checked SSH command [root@animehost /]# /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt [root@animehost /]# It's nothing.

    Nope, doesn't work.
    kill off the cpkeyclt process and try to run it manually again run curl -L to verify cpanel can reach your server

    I believe that doesn't work so.

    Yes it can be due firewall of Iptable try to Flush are fire the updatekey command.

    I use cloud server from GoDaddy. We didn't install the CSF Firewall or any firewall.

Accessing Your Server's Firewall Console | VPS & Dedicated Servers (Hosting Control Center) - GoDaddy Help US Can you ensure that port 2089 isn't blocked there or in the server's firewall? Iptables is often installed by default on the server as well, though neither that or Godaddy's firewalls are controlled by cPanel. Thanks!
