DNS is handled by a remote provider like CDN service. DNS provider manages DNS records via DNS dashboard. There is swither: Allow Remote Domains ON/OFF and there is WHM and IP Functions >Configure Remote Service IPs>Remote Name Server IPs When we create subdomain it is an error message:Park::park failed: Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Important: As it is not recommend to use IP addresses and they can change without notice. So, the best practice is to use CDN nameservers domain names instead of IP addresses.

Hello, You can enable the 'Allow Remote Domains' option under Tweak Settings to allow the domains to be added if that is causing issues. This page also talks a little more about the options there. Tweak Settings - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thanks!

Thank you for all replies. When we park new domain like blog.example.com there is received message: Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. DNS is handled by a remote provider like CDN service. So, we use Tweak settings and fill in 1. Allow Remote Domains ON 2. Allow creation of parked/addon domains that resolve to other servers can be a major security problem. where to put than CDN nameservers domain name as Remote domain and also security measure not to allow users to park common Internet domains?

Hello, Is it the same remote DNS provider for all domain names on the server? If so, instead of enabling "Allow Remote Domains" in "WHM >> Tweak Settings, you can add the IP addresses of the remote name servers to the following interface: "WHM >> IP Functions >> Configure Remote Service IPs >> Remote Name Server IPs" Users are permitted to add addon or parked domains only with nameserver IPs in this list. Thank you.
