  Hi, If you want to migrate account from Plesk to cPanel then you can directly migrate through WHM using cPanel migration tools. Please check following page for the more information. cPanel Migration Services and Guides - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

  I have root access on Plesk server, that's why i'm using pkgacct-pXa. The problem is that on destination server, i don't have access to WHM (can't use the Transfer Tool), only cPanel Backup wizard. I don't know how to migrate the domain with all email accounts, because of the problem mentioned in my 1st post. Is there any other option to solve this problem? Thank you!

  You can't restore a full backup archive via the Backup Wizard option in cPanel. You'd need to contact your web hosting provider and ask them to restore the full backup archive that you generated, or have them use the Transfer Tool to copy over the account. Thank you.
