Locate large email attachments

Hello, How to sort out high amount of email attachments on cpanel based linux server. Suppose one user is sending attachment of around 20 or 25 mb in particular emails, so is there any way to figure out how to trace this in command line. Also is there a way to find out is that mail stuck in the queue that eats up the bandwidth of server ???

  Hello, The default message size limit is 50M.
