Max Email per Hour

Hi all, I set an hourly limit for an individual domain I opened with text editor; /var/cpanel/users/username and added MAX_EMAIL_PER_HOUR-example.com=10 save and updated changes: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updateuserdomains but the user still have the ability to send more than 10 emails per hour Any suggestion to solve this issue?

  Hello, The steps you have detailed here should have provided the max hourly restriction that you seek. Would you be able to create a ticket regarding this at tickets.cpanel.net so that the way that mail is not being restricted can be investigated directly? After you do, please post the ticket number here so that the information can be shared.
