And i've configurated a forwarding email to other@gmail.com
Gmail is receving all my forwarded emails as SPAM.
When i try to send a directly email, example: email@domain.com to other@gmail.com this email is not marked as SPAM

Hello, Could you enable the "Enable Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS) Support" option in "WHM >> Service Configuration >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Basic Editor" and let us know if this helps to address the issue? This option rewrites sender addresses so that the email appears to come from the forwarding mail server. This allows forwarded email to pass an SPF check on the receiving server. Thank you. 0 -
Yes, I already enabled this option, but the emails continue to fall into the spam box 0 -
Hello, You can check to ensure your server follows the guidelines outlined on the following document: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you. 0 -
I'm following all this guidelines. 1 - All my emails is out of the spam folder, all without exceptions. 2 - i used some websites like: Newsletters spam test by mail-tester.com, Is Not Spam - Online Spam checker for newsletters and email marketing and DKIM, SPF, and Spam Assassin Validator - dkimvalidator.com ... And my emails pass all tests 3 - Just the forwarded emails are falling in spam folder. I've enable the "Enable Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS) Support" option but I believe it is not working as it should because I've downloaded the email header and it not rewriting the sender 0 -

Is this the email header from the message in Gmail? If so, could you post that header here, ensuring to replace real domain names, email names, and IP addresses with examples? Thank you.0 -
Situation: I'm using user@outlook.com to send email to user@domain.tld .. And I have a forward email configured to user@gmail.com 0 -
Hello, The message header suggests the email is routed through the SendGrid service. Is this something you have configured, or is it possible your data center is relaying your email through SendGrid? If it's something you have configured, you may want to review their documentation at the URL below to setup DKIM/SPF/DMARC records: DMARC: Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance | SendGrid Otherwise, you may want to contact their support team to report the issue. Thank you. 0 -
Ok Just to update this thead with my solution The problem was not the DMARC, it was the default whitelabel in sendgrid .. I've configured a default whitelabel in his control painel and it was the problem .. I've just removed it and my emails is been delevery without any problem :) 0 -
I'm happy to see you were able to address the issue. Thank you for updating us with the outcome. 0
