Moving content from Smartermail to cPanel/Exim

I would like to move content from a Smartermail server to a Cpanel/Linux one, however when I see the message files I see they are in some kind of binary file so I was wondering if there is a way to convert those files. PS: I am attaching a picture of a message file opened in a text editor
